An apartment from Telecentru sector of the Capital was transformed in a trash place and caught fire last night. The rescues went to extinguish the flames, but it took a long time, as inside there were a lot of flammable materials.

The neighbors say that they live this nightmare for already ten years.

Besides the smell, they also have been attacked by the smoke.

"It is the first time when floods take place here. We renovated the bathroom a couple of days ago", said Victor Ceban, neighbor.

The owner of the flat gathers whatever she finds in the dumpsters. Her son didn't want to talk with the press.

The neighbors said that they can't be patient anymore:

"She keeps the dogs there, the smell is terrible."

"We should take measures, because we have kids."
