President of Republic of Moldova, Igor Dodon has declared himself resentful toward the decision made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, proclaiming it a provocation of the Government.
Igor Dodon considers this being the Government's method to cancel his visit to Moscow and claims that it will not stand in his way of going to Russia.
