Ilan Şor left the country illegally without the agreement of Cahul Appeal Court. He was accused of scam and money washing. 

Prosecutors started trial on his illegal crossing during June 14 - 17 and heard many people responsible at Chisinau International Airport. 

Illegal crossing the state border risks a fine of up to 37,500 lei, 200 hours of community service or jail up to 2 years. 

Sor's lawyer Iulian Balan couldn't be reached by phone. Sor Party neither has any reactions.
