A teacher of Moldova State University has an impressive stamps collection. Over the years, she gathered five thousand stamps from 20 countries.
The stamps take part of the national treasury of the countries, because these mark the most important events of the countries' history.
Mariana Tacu collected stamps from Romania, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Asia. Some of these are from the period of the Second World War, while others mark the beginning of the Olympic Games. Most of all, she loves the stamps that reveal the aeronautic field.
Mariana Tacu says a foreign photographer inoculated her this hobby.
Her Moldovan friends also help her gather more stamps in her collection.
Her five thousand stamps costs a few thousands euro, but Mariana doesn't want to sell her collection.
