The inauguration event of the Iasi-Ungheni-Chisinau Gas Pipeline, which was to take place on Thursday, August 27, was postponed for another time.

The information was confirmed for PUBLIKA by Boris Harea, Prime Minister Chicu's adviser.

We remind you that the construction works of the Ungheni-Chisinau gas pipeline started in February 2019.

The natural gas transmission network on the Ungheni-Chisinau route represents the second stage of the Iași-Ungheni-Chisinau interconnection project.

The first stage of the construction of the Iași-Ungheni gas pipeline was completed in July 2014.
