Anti-corruption National Center (CNA) officers have carried out raids at National Center for Centralized Health Procurement (CAPCS) within Insulin Dossier, confirmed by CNA spokeswoman Angela Starinschi. 

"Anti-corruption prosecutors and CNA officers are carrying out many raids at office of the CAPCS Chief and company who won insulin procurement auction", declared Angela Starinschi.

Moldova registered the first 70 patients diagnosed with various complications after using insulin, according to State Secretary for Health ministry Boris Gîlca who confirmed this information within an interview for Radio Free Europe.
