It's certified! Andrei Nastase invited by Russian law enforcement organs
Andrei Nastase, the leader of Dignity and Truth Platform Party (PPDA) was invited to Moscow, confirmed deputy of bloc ACUM Octavian Țîcu on a private television.
"Andrei Nastase was called by the Russian law enforcement organs. This order is to submit testimonies in the case of Plahotniuc, something like this. I don't know exactly", said Octavian Ţîcu.
Moldovan media fueled some rumors last week that Nastase would visit Moscow to build up a ACUM - PSRM alliance.
However, Nastase denied such claims on a Facebook live streaming video.
"I've not made any declarations that I will visit Moscow or my intention to do so. My agenda is the public, transparency. You will know when I set off", said Nastase.
Bloc ACUM staged an event at Parliament square on the occasion of May 9. Andrei Nastase was not present at the rally, however. Maia Sandu confirmed that he left the country.
