Soldiers from 10th Special Forces Group of the US army and the Special Forces Battalion “Fulger” of Republic of Moldova, have participated at "Joint Combined Exchange Training — 2018" (JCET). The event took place at a military base of the Armed Forces from Bulboaca.
According to the commander of the Special Forces Battalion “Fulger”, lieutenant colonel Ion Ojog, 65 hired soldiers of the National Armed Forces were trained by 10 US instructors on advanced shooting techniques and close combat in the urban environment.
The program also includes combat shooting from light and heavy weapons of Moldova's Armed Forces and United States Army.
JCET 2018 aims for joint training and experience exchange between Moldovan and US Armed Forces.
