Judges rejected Chirtoaca's request according to his participation at the referendum
The judges rejected Dorin Chirtoaca's request according to his participation at the referendum from November 19. His request was classified as a unfounded one.
Chirtoaca appealed to the judge on October 20, after the CEC refused to register him, because the request was made by a person that had the judge's approval.
Another argument was that only political parties can participate at the plebiscite.
In a Facebook post, Chirtoaca showed his derangement according to the late examination of his request.
On Saturday, the registration at the referendum about Chirtoaca's dismissal was finished.
Thus, two political parties will participate at the plebiscite: the Socialist Party that initiated the referendum and the Liberal party that will urge people not to come at all.
The election campaign will end on November 17.
