Russia yet to make final decision on raising price of gas delivered to Moldova, according to Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary for the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, quoted by gazeta.ru.

The Russian official confirmed this topic was discussed but they have not made the final decision upon the gas price. Experts need to discuss further details, said Peskov. 

After visiting Moscow, President Igor Dodon said he managed to negotiate to extend a gas contract with Russian supplier Gazprom after the actual contract expires on January 1, 2020. In a press conference, Dodon revealed that the tariff would decrease 15$ for 1,000 cubic meters of gas on October 1 and $70 cheaper next year.
