A man was found dead in a basement in the Valea Morilor Park after it caught fire. The fire was alerted to the police at 7:25 who came to the scene with specialized services.

Upon tackling the fire, they saw a dead man and tried to save him in vain. 

All the circumstances are being investigated. The victim's apparently a homeless.
