A man from the Capital will spend the next 20 years behind bars for murdering his own father.
According to prosecutors, in April 2017, the two fought and resulted in the man being stabbed with a kitchen knife. The victim passed away due to the injuries.
Evidence established that the two shared an apartment and would often fight, because the son wished a part of the residence, but his father refused to make the necessary documents.
Recently, the 33-year-old suspect was sentenced to 20 years in a high security prison.
The sentence can be appealed.
