A marathon will be held for Moldova’s 25th year of Independence. All interested persons will be able to cover the distance of 15 to 25 kilometers.

The highlight of the route will be the highest point of Moldova with an altitude of 429 meters above sea level at Bălăneşti hill. The race will start and finish in Mileşti village, Nisporeni district.

The limit number of participants is 300 and the marathon is scheduled for August 27th. Amateurs and professionals will be able to spend a night in the heart of the woods, a place that is assured for camping.

The competition is organized with the support of Ministry of Youth and Sports and Publika TV is the media partner of the event.
