Dacia Infantry Brigade military show to celebrate 26 years since the founding of the first National Army unit took place in Cahul 

On the Independence Square, the soldiers exhibited their technique through an exceptional parade. The military orchestra delighted those present with a musical performance.

Attending the event, Defense Minister Eugen Sturza thanked thousands of soldiers who have done their job in the 26 years.

"Their name is related to the independence of the country. The militants within the Dacia Brigade were among the first to mobilize to fight in the Dniester war, and their names are related to the honor representation of the Republic of Moldova in the international peacekeeping missions", said Defense Minister Eugen Sturza.

The minister reminded the soldiers of the reform this year, which will train them in several international exercises and missions.

The Dacia Infantry Brigade in Cahul was created in 1992 by the Head of State Order.
