Minister Chiril Gaburici spoke of the Strategy to develop small and medium-sized enterprises
After today's Government meeting, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Chiril Gaburici spoke of the Strategy to develop small and medium-sized enterprises sector (IMM).
"We will support all people who will fall within the selection criteria, but this is an important law" Minister Chiril Gaburici said.
Minister of Economy and Infrastructure accentuated that IMMs make up 98% of all existing companies from Moldova, offering over 60% of available jobs. The project approved today also foresees the state to train economic agents on finding foreign partners, which will increase the number of economic agents who will know of the legal framework regulating the IMMs activities.
"We are much to improve their situation. The Government assists in gaining finances and creates conditions under which the companies can work better" the Minister explained.
The Government also supports businesswomen. Each year, 100 new enterprises established by women will be finance with small grants and another 10 with the potential to export - grants for big investments. Those actions allow the creation of 200 new workplaces every year.
Chiril Gaburici believes that this initiative will assist the country's development.
"100 women mean 100 businesses, those are 100 reasons for me to believe in the country's economic growth" Minister of Economy and Infrastructure declared.
