Moldova has received 10 thousand express test kits for coronavirus (COVID-19) donated by Russia.

"We believe this step will help the Moldovan doctors cope with the coronavirus epidemic and prevent the coronavirus from spreading", Russian Ambassador to Moldova Oleg Vasnețov said. 

Minister of Health Viorica Dumbrăveanu and Director of National Public Health Agency Nicolae Furtună expressed their gratitude to Russia and Russian people on behalf of Moldovans. 

"We hope that this will contribute to reducing the risks facing Moldovan people", minister of health declared. 

Publika recalls that the Chinese Embassy in Moldova donated 1500 coronavirus tests to our country two days ago. China will also send Moldova a lot of aid including about three tons of medicines, medical equipment and materials.
