SA Moldovagaz announces the terms of the contracts signed between SAP „Gazprom” and SA „Moldovagaz” are extended until December 31, 2020.

To this end, the parties signed the Additional Agreements to the Contract on the conditions of gas supply in Moldova during the years 2007-2019 and to the Contract on the conditions for gas transit through the Moldovan territory in 2011-2019.

Therefore, during the contracts, the same European formula for establishing the gas purchase for consumers in Moldova will be applied, a formula based on the arithmetic mean value of the sale price of natural gas by SAP "Gazprom" in the European countries and price quotations for petroleum products. The other contractual conditions for the supply and transit of natural gas, likewise, will remain unchanged.
