MOLDOVAGAZ closes all Consumer Relations Centers in Moldova
MOLDOVAGAZ closes all the Consumer Relations Centers in Moldova until March 23. The decision was made by the president of the Board of Directors of Moldovagaz, Vadim Ceban in accordance with the Parliament decision on declaring the state of emergency over COVID-19 epidemiological situation.
The company will offer distance supports during this period:
- Bills on natural gas can be paid on the Internet with the bank cards and on the web pages RunPay, Paynet and Qiwi. They can be paid at the bank ATMs or at RunPay, Paynet and Qiwi terminals.
- Consumers can address their problems at the company website, at the sections: "Online petition", "Frequently asked questions", "Ask a question".
Publika recalls that MOLDOVAGAZ will not proceed to disconnect the consumers for the mentioned period.
The operators of natural gas network will not execute the planned works, in order to abstain from the direct contact with the consumers to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection.
