A citizen of Moldova was left both without a game and boat, after being caught fishing with a net on Prut river, by Galaţi border officers, near the Romanian bank.

The 53-year-old man had no authorization allowing him to fish.

The 3 000 roni was confiscated, while the Moldovan is investigated for illegal crossing of border, poaching, as well as owning, manufacturing, selling and using monofilament nets.
