Moldovan children, victims of online pornography network. Six cases documented by PCCOCS prosecutors
Six cases of child sexual exploitation on the Internet were documented by the INI officers and PCCOCS prosecutors. Suspects are demanded in a state of freedom.
After 16 searches at the suspects' houses, officers collected camera and video storage devices, 7 system blocks, 8 laptops, 10 mobile phones, 49 optical discs, 7 memory cards, 2 tablets, a portable hard drive and a USB stick. Thus, the spread of 1,100 photo and video files of pornography have been prevented.
Additionally, seven children were counseled with the involvement of CI LaStrada specialists.
In cooperation with US law enforcement agencies, namely the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the State Security Department, the activity of 6 web sites posted in Moldova was discontinued, through which child pornography materials were distributed in volume of 12 Tera Bytes.
Legal people also identified 108 children, including foreigners - victims exploited and sexually abused.
59 people and 5 administrators of those web sites were arrested.
