Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Andrei Galbur received the Director General of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Manuel Sager, on Thursday.

The two officials discussed the Moldova’s collaboration with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, which launched a great number of assistance projects over the last 15 years.

Andrei Galbur stressed that these projects contributed substantially to the social and economic development of this country and, particularly, to implementing the national strategies in the areas of migration, inclusiveness and countering the negative effects of the migration phenomenon.

Foreign Minister Galbur expressed gratitude to the Swiss authorities for the valuable assistance and gave assurances that the Moldovan authorities will continue to support the implementation of assistance projects financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
