(15:15) A court hearing was organized for Former President Petru Lucinschi, representative of Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office confirms. 

He is targeted in the banking fraud file. 

Party Our Party leader Renato Usatîi disclosed persons mentioned in Kroll 2 report about the fraud bank. Petru Lucinschi was among them. 

One of his sons Chiril Lucinschi was convicted last year for five years and six months in jail for money laundering in the bank fraud file at Banca de Economii, Banca Socială and Unibank
