Moldovan Parliament speaker Andrian Candu starts official visits to Romania and Belgium
Moldovan speaker Andrian Candu has started a trip to Bucharest and Brussels. The main issues he is going to tackle are strengthening strategic partnerships, speeding up institutional cooperation and reconfirming the foreign support for Moldova. The visit of the Parliament’s president will end on 16 June.
In Romania, the Moldovan official is going to meet president Klaus Iohannis, prime minister Dacian Cioloș and Senate chairman Călin Popescu-Tăriceanu.
In Brussels, Andrian Candu will be meeting several officials, as the head Belgian Senate, Christine Defraigne, and the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Commission Elmar Brok.
Andrian Candu will also attend an official dinner served in his honor Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz of Belgium.
