Moldovan police helps man in wheelchair stuck without fuel in car (VIDEO)

A driver with special needs, ran out of fuel, and received help from police patrol to get home. The incident happened last night, February 6th, on route from the Nicoreni village, Drochia district.
The 55-year-old man was driving a car. The driver told inspectors that he has the degree of disability, and in wheelchairs and happened to ran out of fuel while driving to the hospital.
Police patrol helped the man to fuel his car. Subsequently, inspectors patrol led him safely to home.
