Moldovan top athletes return home from Rio
Moldovan atheles return home early from the Olympics.
Alexandra Mirca, who was ranked 17th in the sample archery, says she is pleased with her evolution, because she managed to eliminate Aida Roman in the first round, world champion in 2014 and silver medalist at London Olympics.
Valeriu Duminica, judo player has also returned home. The athlete was ranked 9th in the 81 kilograms category. He said he was satisfied with the evolution, but not with the arbitration.
Duminica believes he has been disadvantaged by the referees in the final fight in the round of Italian Matteo Marconcini.
Once he has completed the evolution of the Olympics, athletes have had time to visit tourist attractions in Rio de Janeiro.
Valeriu Duminica and Alexandra Mirca participated at the Olympics for the first time in their career.
