Prosecutor's Office for combating organized crimes and special causes (PCCOCS) opened two criminal files for embezzlement and abuse of service committed by public persons who administrate Moldtelecom.

During 2018-2019, an employee of Moldtelecom, who is also a political party member, used illegally the service car. Thus, this person caused a considerable damage to the institution and risks up to 6 years in jail. 

Meanwhile, the prosecutors noted that the institution administrators took advantage of the service and money of the company in order to stay in Dubai city of United Arab Emirates in early 2019. Thus, they caused a total damage of over 120,000 lei and each of them risks up to 6 years in jail.
