More and more Moldovans complain about baillifs
More and more Moldovans complain about violations committed by bailiffs. Thus, in one year, the number of complaints increased by 20-per-cent compared to last year, reaching 850 complaints.
Justice Minister, Vladimir Cebotari qualified the situation as inadmissible tough and promises to toughen sanctions against those guilty.
The Congress of bailiffs took place in a very tense atmosphere. This is because the minister talked about increasing irregularities and violations of human rights allowed by bailiffs.
The minister believes the lack of transparency in the price of their services would be a problem. And those debtors should know in advance what will be the consequences of breaching a court. Executors reactions were different.
Starting next year, the Ministry of Justice plans to introduce an electronic register that bailiffs to pass all information about their work.
It will contain data about issued documents, revenues and pricing criteria for services.
