The lavender has been queen today in Cobusca Nouă village of Anenii Noi district in the center of Moldova.

Hundreds have participated in the Lavender Festival, which reaches its second edition.

Some have tasted lavender ice-cream, while others have indulged in lavender massages, advised by masseurs it relaxes one’s body totally if done in the open field.

The mounted police have also turned up for the festival, as the horses have staged a show.

The entrance fee is 250 lei (about $13).
