Municipal councilor from Chisinau tested positive for COVID-19

A municipal councilor from Chisinau was diagnosed with COVID-19. It's Nicolai Rusol. The information was confirmed for Publika TV by the municipal councilor. He found out the results of the test on Sunday, and is now hospitalized at the Ministry of Health Hospital.
"On Saturday I felt sick and called an ambulance. Then I was transported to the COVID-19 Center and on Sunday I tested positive. Now I'm in the hospital. I don't have a fever and I'm in a normal state. I didn't have a fever, neither yesterday nor today. I did not attend any mass meeting. Everything was as usual ", Nicolae Rasol declared for Publika TV.
The city councilor says he does not know where he could have been infected with the new coronavirus.
Nicolae Rasol participated in the meeting of the Chisinau Municipal Council on July 2, but then he had no symptoms.
The next CMC meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, July 7. We do not know yet whether the meeting will be postponed or whether the officials who attended the July 2 meeting will be quarantined.
