Over 250 trees on Stefan cel Mare boulevard to be cleared starting with this week, according to IPN.

According to the Head of Green Spaces Association, Eliferie Haruta, the dry and sick trees will be cut. In their place, there will be planted others during spring or autumn. 

The Head Public Transport Igor Gamretski said that the electricians will begin their works this week, and everything will be executed during the night. 

The repairs are being carried out within the project of rehabilitation and modernization of six main streets in central Chisinau. The total project value is 22 million euros.
