A small abandoned plane has been found in a field near Chernivtsi region. Neither the pilot, nor it's owner have been identified. 

Furthermore, identification numbers were replaced with fake ones and the pilot hasn't requested permission not to fly.

Authorities of the neighboring country are trying to find out how the aircraft got there and are investigating whether the driver violated the rules of international flight.
