National Army participating in multinational exercise in Germany
A National Army team is participating in a multinational exercise "Combined Resolve VII", held in Germany, from August 27 to September 16.
According contingent commander, mayor Victor Trohin, exercise, led by US ground forces deployed in Europe aims at preparing joint military from allied and partner countries of NATO, but also ensuring the level of military structures required for international missions.
The source said that the National Army deployed officers from 22 peacekeeping Battalion to "Combined Resolve VII".
The exercise this year, held at training centers military Hohenfels and Grafenwöhr, Germany, trained about 3,500 military troops from Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, France, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, USA and Ukraine.
