New army team left to Kosovo (PHOTO)
The National Army sent the 11th contingent in the KFOR operation that takes place in Kosovo. The 41 Moldovan soldiers will participate at this mission in the next six months. They will provide the security and the military targets of the territory.
It is the hardest to stop the tears of the mothers whose sons are on this operation.
"-We know that they should be there."
"Mom hopes that in six months we will be together again."
The young say that this mission is a challenge, but also an opportunity for them.
"We are ready to evolve these trainings daily", declared Gheorghe Copaceanu, soldier.
"We decided to participate at this mission in order to gain more experience", said Ion Turcan, soldier.
"The mission that you was honored to attend, by representing the National Army of Moldova will allow you grow in carrer", mentioned Eugen Sturza, the minister of Defense.
For each day, the soldiers will get 50 USD.
