New evidence reveled within accident on Calea Mosilor street
Three cars among which a taxi were seriously damaged and one of the drivers was transported to the hospital, after an accident that occurred this morning. The impact was that hard that one of the cars fell to dozens of meters away. The police investigates the case.
Calea Iesilor street from Capital was filled by the pieces of the damaged cars.
The taxi driver says that he was driving legally, while a car hit him.
"I was driving legally when I noticed a Skoda hitting me. My speed wasn't higher than 40 km/h", said the driver of the taxi.
After the impact, the 34 year old driver of Skoda was blocked in the car. Thus, he needed the rescues to help him.
The man was transported to the Emergency Hospital from the Capital.
"We are still investigating him. The doctors say that his locomotive apparatus might be damaged. His health condition is good", said Cristina Gorea, the spokesman of the Emergency Hospital.
The people of the law started an investigation.
"We will establish the circumstances of the case, as the Skoda and Toyota cars were driving in the same direction. The BMW was driving on the opposite sense of the road. Within the investigation, we will establish who encroached the circulation rules and if the wet street had its impact in the accident", said Natalia Stati, Capital Police press officer.
The owner of the taxi company says that the car has an insurance. She is more scared about the driver and the passengers:
"Does the car have an insurance? -Of course it has."
The guilty driver risks six penalization points, a fine of 1.500 lei, but if the wounds are bigger, then he risks a criminal file.
