Silvia Vechiu has gave birth to the third child. She said the present would be of great help to her.
"I like everything, thank you very much. We will spend less money for baby".
The mothers were pleasantly surprised by the Foundation's gesture.
"We did not expect such surprises, and thank you for having such a foundation that helps moms," said Viorica Bocancea.
"Thank you very much to Vlad Plahotniuc's foundation. We are very happy," said Maria Cereş.
Local authorities and medics from Cimişlia welcome the campaign in the locality.
"We're following actions of the Foundation Edelweiss founded by Vlad Plahotniuc. We're so happy as all of this will encourage the mothers", said Iovu Bivol, president of Cimişlia.
The campaign A New Life takes place in 24 maternity homes and over 17 thousand families have been offered gifts so far.
"Vlad Plahotniuc Edelweiss Foundation is present in Cimişlia. We will continue this campaign, we will ensure that mothers have everything they need and they are happy", said Lidia Cucoş, Executive Director of Edelweiss Foundation.
The Foundation's representatives also announced a contest for the moms who received the gift box.
They need to take picture of families and Edelweiss bears, pose it on social network, tag the page of Vlad Plahotniuc Foundation Edelweiss.
The winner will have a playground on her yard which will include a cottage, a slide, a table and the chairs.
