The few that are not dependent of phones are the elders in the villages. Today, the No Cell Phone Day is marked in many countries around the world.
Official data shows 4.3 million mobile users registered in Moldova. The elders find mobile phones difficult to use.
Far from information technologies are only elders in the villages, which remain fixed telephony followers.
In cities, the picture is totally diferent, even children have mobile phones.
The french writer Marso Philip, author of the first novel in the form of SMS is the initiator of the No Mobile Phone Day.
