Number of institutions with control functions to be reduced
The business control structures to be simplified. The three draft laws were approved today, June 28th, by the Parliamentary Committee on Economy.
According to the project, there will be only 18 state control institution out of 67 right now.
ANSA, the National Agency for Food Safety will be in check of food safety. ASPPN, the Agency for Market Surveillance and Products will supervise services including tourism services.
The State Labor Inspectorate (ISM) will be in control of labor provisions, while the State body for health surveillance will carry out the pharmaceutical field.
The Parliament's press service states that the projects also include the optimization of documents: from over 400 to about 180 authorizations, certificates and licenses, writes moldova.org.
