According to PM Ion Chicu, wage delays are caused partly by the indifference of some accountants and several officials, ministers could be dismissed due to this issue. The statements were made after the weekly meeting of the head of the executive, the president of the parliament and the head of state.

"There is no problem with financing. It's still a lack of order. There are problems with institution's organizing activity. Clearly the discipline must be restored", Ion Chicu said.  

The Prime Minister was asked if the situation would arises again. 

"Unless we restore the functionality and discipline of the institution, the issue will remain unresolved", added the Prime Minister.
