Central Election Committee Management has met today with representatives of the mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, who will monitor the presidential elections of October 30th.

They showed a special interest for the electoral lists and the functioning of the State Register of Voters.

Another topic was the financcing of electoral campaign and the right to vote for people with special needs.

CEC Chairman Alina Russu, has talked about the actions that have been undertaken to conduct presidential elections on October 30th.

The mechanisms for communication and collaboration between the CEC and the election observation mission during the election period was also established.
