The Parliament has adopted amendments to article 61 of the Law on the civil servant with special status within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The draft law establishes the way to challenge the administrative act of disciplinary sanction directly in the administrative litigation court, without observing the previous procedure.

"Submitting the direct administrative act to a judicial control will ensure the complainant's right to the fair and rapid realization of the individual labor litigation and will have a positive impact on the legal behavior of the parties, stimulating them to act in good faith and within the legal provisions," said the authors of the project.
