The parliamentary Commission which investigates the bank robbery has requested the prosecutors to initiate the criminal prosecution on many people including Iurii Leancă, Dorin Drăguțan, Adrian Candu and Anatol Arapu for dereliction of duty. 

"The Investigation Commission stated that after the Government decided to grant the state guarantees for urgent credit by National Bank with the amount of 9.5 billion lei, the three banks activated without having a special state administration and evaded the money in the Moldovan banking system", wrote Alexandr Slusari, the President of commission. 

Iurii Leancă, Dorin Drăguțan, Adrian Candu and Anatol Arapu yet to comment on this accusation.
