PAS deputy Petru Frunze alleged to have deliberately ordered spot-checks
A local of Puhoi village, Ialoveni district, complained that at the suggestion of PAS deputy Petru Frunze (former leader of the village) unexpected fiscal checks were carried out at his store.
"This person comes to power now. What they promised and what they're doing? I want to seek justice", said CONSTANTIN GANŢA, entrepreneur in Puhoi village.
According to Constantin Ganţa, he submitted an official letter to PM Maia Sandu and many institutions.
On the other hand, deputy Frunze admited he had quarrel with Constantin Ganţa since he was the leader of locality. However, the PAS deputy denied the pressure exerted on the entrepreneur.
"First, I want to see that whom I requested checks. Moreover, the store in the central is legally open. The problem is about other people who made different illegal activities which caused loss to state budget. The store is legally operative, there is no reason for its closing", said PAS deputy.
The PAS deputy says that he also lodged a complaint with the Prosecutor General's Office, on the grounds that the allegations would be unfounded and degrading. According to the MP, Constantin Ganţa should answer the court for his statements.
On the other hand, the businessman says he will also file a complaint with the police against the PAS deputy after Petru Frunze called him, in his Facebook posts, "local oligarch".
