Pavel Filip: After implementing an action plan, people must feel it on their skin, in their pockets
"The year 2016 shows that good planning, timing and communication yield even the impossible, if to take into account the good results we had last year. Reforms were started up, judiciary-related reforms were continued, social reforms referring to the retiring system, to the financial-banking system were kicked off," said Parliament President Andrian Candu.
MPs and ministers held a joint meeting this morning discussing the priorities of the Legislature’s spring session.
Prime Minister Pavel Filip stated: "Speaking about implementing an action plan, people must feel it on their skin, in their pockets. We decided to go in two stages: modifications to the Labor Code and drafting a new Labor Code. Concepts of these reforms have already been discussed: hospital reform, the public health matters crucially, then we’ll switch to primary healthcare and then to the hospital system."
