Pavel Filip at meeting of Commission of Emergency Situations: All potential to be fully used
Prime Minister Pavel Filip has asked the head of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Service, Mihail Harabagiu, to contact each mayor and district presidents, as well as municipal authorities, to find the amount out the amount of forces needed and the damaged cause by last week's blizzard.
"There remain many fallen branches, even if all the national and local roads have been unlocked. I think that the National Army must remain aware. All potential to be fully used. We need to contact the local authorities to get the information on more forces needed. I want the local authorities to be active and to come up with initiatives. We need to get in touch with mayors, district presidents" , said Premier Pavel Filip.
At present, 26 localities in the south of the country remain without electricity.
