Pavel Filip, at Security Forum held in Kiev: Regional security is Republic of Moldova's priority
Prime Minister Pavel Filip, who is participating at the Security Forum held in Kiev, declared that regional security is Republic of Moldova's priority, therefore we advocate solidarity and commitment to managing crisis and threats.
"Security in this region is a priority for us. The current security is influenced by changes and continuous threats. All those provocations forge a new concept of security. The security agenda must be based on unconventional threats and the new types of international and regional solidarity. We continue to hope that this regional solidarity will bear results" Prime Minister mentioned.
Pavel Filip also declared that a more clear and visible commitment in solving crisis situations from the region is required.
"It is in our common interests to ensure stability in Eastern Europe. This is first of all in EU's interest for us to provide security and not only request it" Moldovan Prime Minister finished.
The Security Forum held in Kiev reached its 11th edition. There, each year are brought together key factors influencing decision-making in the field of foreign and security policy around the world.
