Pavel Filip: Awaited program First House needs successfully implemented
Prime Minister Pavel Filip approved the program Prima Casa (First House) at today meeting, The project aims to support and provide a home to young families in the Republic of Moldova.
"We will approve the First House program that was released a few months ago. This is a very important program. Young people go abroad since lack of a chance to buy a house.
"The key points in this program means that young people will be able to take credits with an advance of 10 percent of the apartment's price over a 25-year period, the state will guarantee 50 percent of the amount of credit.
"I hope it will be a successful program. It's a program that many young families expect, so please make sure this program to be implemented effectively, "said Premier Pavel Filip.
PUBLIKA.MD reminds that the Government has adopted the First House program, whereby the state guarantees mortgages and pays a part of the expenses for the real estate loan.
According to the concept developed by the Ministry of Finance, all Moldovans up to 45 years of age who have an official job are eligible.
Beneficiaries do not need to have another real estate or mortgage credit, and the monthly wage must be twice as high as the interest and principal amount of the real estate loan.
