Pavel Filip held meetings with mayors of Orhei and Straseni. He looks for solution to improve the condition of all the localities
Pavel Filip prime minister continues to discuss with the local authorities from Straseni and Orhei, in order to identify the main problems they face with.
According to the prime minister, these discussions are very important, because only the mayors know best the main problems of the villages and districts and how to solve these.
"We found out a vast range of problems that people face with. We found out that the biggest challenges that the authorities face are the roads' infrastructure, sewerage, aqueduct and so on. These problems will make up out program for the next four years", said Pavel Filip prime minister.
The mayors counted a vast range of problems from their villages.
"This year we plan to build aqueducts and sewerage, to repair roads, install street lightening. The cooperation between the Governance and the local public authorities is very important as the prime minister or the ministers can't know all the problems of the localities", said Zinaida Panainte, the mayor of Negresti village.
"The local public authorities know better the necessities of the citizens. We have already started the street lightening, a very important project for the localities", mentioned Aliona Chircu, the mayor of Greblesti village.
"When you say what hurts you is more important than when somebody else says. I want to renovate the activity of a center of children with disabilities", mentioned Elena Platita, the mayor of Tatarasti village.
The mayor of Presecina village from Orhei district, Nicolae Buzu said that the residents of the village want a vehicle to gather the garbage from the village:"Now, the citizens gather the trash with a simple car and then they take it to the garbage. But, we need a special car."
The mayor of Straseni, Valentina Casian welcomed the willingness of the Government to cooperate with the public local authorities.
"This is a good initiative, this way we will make more efficient the use of financial resources. We should not expect the Government to give us money, we should find ways to do it with our possibilities", said Valentina Casian.
The mentioned problems within the session include the Four years Development plan for Straseni and Orhei, that has been evolved at the initiative o Pavel Filip, candidate on the No.20 constituency for the parliamentary elections.
