Pavel Filip in Comrat: Localities need more investment in factories and people could have a decent job and living at home
The DPM caravan, headed by the first deputy chairman of the DPM, Prime Minister Pavel Filip, visited Friday the ATU Gagauzia, stopping in several localities in the region.
During the visit, Prime Minister Pavel Filip spoke to the inhabitants of ATU Gagauzia about the progress of the Republic of Moldova in recent years, emphasizing the need to concentrate on the development of the economy. "Moldovan citizens, irrespective of their ethnic origin, are united by the desire for a better life. This was the focus of the DPM governance, and we came with concrete facts, not talk. I came with asphalted roads, with wages and higher pensions, with meal tickets for employees, with renovations of the school. This is the way for Moldova to progress and we want to continue. And if Moldova does well, the Gagauzia Autonomy will go well", said Pavel Filip.
In Ceadir-Lunga, Prime Minister Pavel Filip visited a textile company producing clothes for a world-renowned brand. The tails here told Prime Minister Pavel Filip that it would be good for other investors to open factories in the regions of the country.
Pavel Filip stated in the discussion with the factory employees that the localities of Moldova need more investments in factories and factories, so that people have a decent job and a decent living in the locality. At the same time, the prime minister stressed that the investments made by the economic agents are in the end of Moldovan people in the form of wages, salaries and increased pensions.
Pavel Filip also met with employees and the leadership of a sunflower seed processing company. The company's representatives said they felt the Government's support through recent approved fiscal measures.
In his turn, Pavel Filip said that, thanks to the entrepreneurs, the Moldovans' living standards also increased. "The money in the state budget comes from the entrepreneurs who work, opening new jobs, paying salaries and taxes. All that we did were those reforms that the economic agents to do better", told the people Pavel Filip.
The DPM caravan arrived yesterday at Avdarma, one of the largest settlements in Gagauzia. The inhabitants of the village prepared a surprise for the head of the Government, the Local Council deciding to grant Pavel Filip the honorary citizen "for involvement in the development of the local infrastructure".
Prime Minister Philip thanked Avdarma for this beautiful gesture, noting that it is responsible for coming more frequently to the region. "I have to see what rights this decision gives me", added Pavel Filip.
Today, the DPM caravan will arrive at the Cahul district where Deputy Speaker Andrian Candu has scheduled several meetings with citizens.
