Democratic Party of Moldova has 21 years since it was created. The party is at its peak of development. It is the main political force of the country and it has the biggest number of local advisers.

Vlad Plahotniuc, the leader of PDM thanked the members of his team for the support and trust, on a social media page.

Within the Parliament session, Dumitru Diacov, the first president of the party mentioned that the party continues to support democracy as they did at the very beginning.

"It is an important day in the history of the Democratic party and for the whole country. I want to congratulate the members of PD, especially, the ones who contributes to its creation", declared Dumintru Diacov, PDM deputy.

"Congratulations with the 21st anniversary of the party. Only a few parties in Moldova have such a long history as PDM. Mr. Diacov, we congratulate you too, especially because you are one of the founders of the party", said Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament.

Since 2016, when PDM came to power, it faces all the challenges. It manage to register an economic growth, regained the trust of foreign partners. Today, a new deputy joined us. It is about Aliona Babiuc, former PCRM deputy.

At the present moment, the party has 42 members.
