PDM leader Vlad Plahotniuc: On this day, one must think of veterans and national unity
The President of the Democratic Party (PDM), Vlad Plahotniuc, has posted a message on social media, in connected to March 2, the day when the Dniester war started.
"25 years after the tragic events on the Dniester, there are two things that must concern us not only today but every day: caring for the veterans and the affected by that military conflict and our national unity.
Certainly, the symbolic elements matter, too. But I think we also need concrete actions on behalf of everybody so that our veterans feel more respected and more protected, and Moldova -- more united.
Thinking of the ones having fallen for the country and of their followers, thinking of the survivers, we invite you make a pause and think about what muts be done so that Moldova be safer and stronger," Vlad Plahotniuc wrote.
